There are so few
artists these days that can legitimately claim the title
“Entertainer,” but Austin Cody is quickly becoming one of those
rare finds. He has successfully built the foundation necessary
to make an indelible mark on Country music. Time and time again
Austin’s fans are thrilled and energized by his stunning stage
presence and high-energy performance style. |
|
Garnering the support of numerous Nashville
heavyweights, two years ago Austin brought together an elite
group of industry veterans to record, produce and perform on
his first CD, Destination You. His production team
included industry insiders Darran Smith, who co-produced Tim
McGraw’s Grammy nominated CD “Live Like You Were Dying,” and
Dino Pastin, the award winning saxophonist for legendary
country acts Alabama and Barbara Mandrell. |
 |
|
Destination You
immediately proved to be a big seller at his live
performances and other personal appearances. This success
bodes well for his sophomore offering for which Austin is
currently in song selection. He plans to bring these and
other talented artists together again for this new CD
project. |

Austin has proven himself
to be a viable contender in Country music as demonstrated by
the whirlwind of activity in his career over the past couple
of years. Along with his numerous solo live performances,
Austin was also the opening act for country superstars
Gretchen Wilson, Trace Adkins and most recently Big & Rich.
The last six months has marked the release of his first
music video and first official appearance at Nashville’s
world famous FanFair, now known as the CMA Music Fest (Booth
424).

|
Those visiting Nashville during last year’s
Music Fest may remember seeing Austin performing at the
historic Ryman Auditorium with Craig Morgan and Jason Aldean
in connection with his 1st Place win at the
International Fan Club Organization’s Center Stage Star
Search competition.
As always,
Austin’s down-to-earth personality, on and off stage, teamed
with a sincere love for music that began at age three, makes
him a genuine crowd pleaser. The future continues to look
bright for this rising star on the Country music scene.
